How to Enter: 1) Automatically receive (1) entry for signing up for the monthly newsletter on PGATOUREXPERIENCES.COM between 12:00:01AM Central Time ("CT") on 07/01/08 & 11:59:59PM CT on 08/31/08 ("Promotion Period") or 2) To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase & receive (1) entry, hand print your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth & the words "Ultimate TOUR Academy Experience Giveaway" on a plain 3"x 5" piece of paper & mail it in a sealed, stamped & hand printed #10 envelope to: Ultimate TOUR Academy Experience Giveaway, PGA TOUR Experiences, 220 Ponte Vedra Park Dr. Suite 260, Ponte Vedra Beach FL 32082. Enter as often as you wish by mail, but each entry must be mailed separately to be received by 09/07/08. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. Your purchase and/or your submission of a 3"x 5" mail-in entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes & your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, & transfer your name, address & other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, postage-due, or mutilated entries or mail; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, 3rd party transaction classification, transaction processing, or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, or telephone systems; errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this Sweepstakes, human error, or otherwise. Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: An Ultimate TOUR Academy Experience for 2 golfers at TPC Sawgrass located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The vacation includes Accommodations, Golf and/or other services provided by the destination not to exceed $4,500. Does not include transportation costs. Certain Black Out dates may apply. Prize details not specifically set forth herein are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Federal, state, & local taxes & all other expenses not specified herein are each winner's sole responsibility.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 09/15/08 from among all eligible entries received by PGA TOUR Experiences. The first randomly selected potential Grand Prize winner that answers a telephone call placed by PGA TOUR Experiences notifying him/her of his/her potential winning status will be declared the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility & the terms of these Official Rules. Messages will not be left on answering machines or with live persons. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, & then for a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of equal or greater value. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute & return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release & (where legal) Publicity Release within (3) days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification & awarding of prize to an alternate winner as determined by Sponsor. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified & an alternate winner may be selected.
